S.O.L indeed
Pros: Light Weight, Usefull items, Fits inside a PFD, Small
Cons: No 1st aid items
Best Uses: Hiking, Paddling
I've been looking for something that I could carry in my PFD that would be useful and dry just in case I get separated from my kayak. So far the Adventure Medical kit survival pak fits it. It fits inside my PFD nicely and it doesn't make the PFD pocket bulkily, I'm still able to put other things in the pocket, like my car keys and snacks. So far I have taken it on two kayaking trips, one in what I rolled a few times and none of the items got wet. I will need to add some basic first aid items in the kit. Because it's so small it will be in my PFD every time I go kayaking.
